Refund policy
Return can be made in merchandise exchange or vouchers to be discounted in merchandise, not in sale period, as for sale and promotion products we do not make returns, exchanges and refunds
We use a return period of 14 days during which the customer may return his or her package without giving any reason. These 14 days start when the package is received. Please note that the return shipment must be sent back to us within these 14 days.
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do NOT offer returns for delivery delays, unless resulting from personal agreements made between Il Team Amour Milano and the customer. However, our guarantee covers if the product is not received within 90 days of the order.
We do NOT offer returns if the product is used and/or shows obvious signs of wear and tear.
We do NOT offer return/refund for custom jewelry in case of second thoughts or any other reasons derived by the customer while or/and after delivery. (we exclude broken or damaged jewelry with proof of delivery in the current state to reporting “broken” “damaged” “broken”) the service center will evaluate the case with the evidence provided at the time of the claim.
We do NOT offer return/refund on products such as Mystery Box.
To make a return, you must present proof of purchase.
Vouchers due to merchandise exchange
The voucher is not applicable to offers on the website, the voucher will be deducted from the full amount of the item(s).
e.g. (If you ordered a 50 euro item and made the exchange via voucher, you will have to ship the item to the warehouse, once it arrives at the warehouse we will check it and send you the 50 euro voucher. This voucher can only be used on products that are not on offer. It is not valid on 2 X 1 offers unless both products are shipped together.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at assistenza.amourmilano@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you return shipping information and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We also specify that shipping costs for returned items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Amour Milano takes no responsibility and will not make any refunds unless the item to be returned is first returned to our international warehouse.

The cost of shipping (return/refund) of the item will be borne by the customer.
Damages and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Product customization
In case the product was personalized with personal writing/photos and it is not possible to resell the same item to another customer, the refund will not be accepted.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and checked your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via a coupon for the full amount.
