PROCESSING & DELIVERY

Order Processing

  • Orders received by 11:00 AM (Monday-Friday) ship within 24 hours
  • Weekend orders are processed the next business day
  • Processing times may increase during promotional periods

Delivery Information

  • Delivery times are estimates and exclude weekends and holidays
  • You'll receive tracking information via email once shipped
  • Signature may be required upon delivery

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Customs & Duties

Orders to USA and UK may be subject to:

  • Import duties and taxes
  • Customs clearance fees
  • Local handling charges

Important: These costs are determined by your country's customs authorities and are not included in your order total. You are responsible for paying these fees to receive your package.

SHIPPING ISSUES

Delivery Problems

Contact assistenza.amourmilano@gmail.com immediately if:

  • Package arrives damaged (include photos)
  • Package is lost or delayed beyond estimated time
  • Delivery address needs correction

Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address provided
  • Recipient unavailable
  • Package refused

The package returns to us at your expense. Return shipping costs and any duties/taxes incurred will be deducted from your refund.
